Ted Hess spent the first 22 years of his career as a military attorney working on criminal cases. He has a unique perspective in this area, having worked as a defense attorney, a prosecutor, and a judge. Since leaving the military, he has focused his practice solely on the defense docket. Over the past five years, he has tried more criminal cases than any other attorney in the area.
Bill Schubert also has extensive experience handling criminal cases. He has represented clients in hundreds of felony cases, including two capital murder trials and four capital murder appeals. The firm handles all criminal cases, including the following:
